This is precisely the whole reason that you idiots who are illegally obtaining the beta firmwares shouldn't be allowed to even post on these forums. It has been made clear by Apple that this firmware is to only be distributed amongst developers who are creating applications to be hosted on the release of the first officially public release of 3.0. But when people (mostly little children like you, which i'm guessing from your 'Yay!') get the beta illegally and then have the nerve to complain...PUBLICALLY? Seriously.

If your iPod is mainly for music and videos, then why did you update to a BETA firmware? Why didn't you just say on the most stable firmware so far? I mean, 1.1.4 played music fine, and so does 2.2.1

    because devs are mature.
or at least mature enough not to make a thread about getting beta 4.

devs care about music, but if he was really a developer he would deal with the crashing because he is a dev and is supposed to use the beta in order to get a feel for the new firmware and to create things for the new firmware.
and a dev would have gotten assistance in the forum that apple has opened for the devs.

    good enough? lol
