After unkailbreaking carrier is changed

    hi, i unjailbroke my ipod touch 2g. (just installed 3.1.1) but i have 2 problems.

    1. the carrier is still changed
    2. i have the battery percentage

    i don´t want both of these. could you please help me? i rebooted my device a couple of times but dind´t work.

    Did you update or restore? It's normal that you still have some things left from the Jailbreak when you update.

    i restored my whole ipod.

    no not with dfu mode.

    Then I suggest you try dfu mode

    those two things are not jailbreak, they are hidden springboard settings accessible only through jailbreak.
    when you changed them, you changed the springboard's settings.
    try rejailbreaking, changing them back, then unjailbreaking.

    All you have to do is go to Setting->General->Reset->Reset all settings.

    That should clear up com.apple.springboard.plist of any traces of the jailbreak. Non of that restore crap others are saying.

    You get that from restoring from a backup you made. Restore and set up as an new ipod next time.
