QuickPwn just doesn't like my iPod. I tried to pwn my iPod using the Dev Teams, but it just got stuck at Waiting For Recovery Mode. Same thing with Morphey's. Restored completely as a new iPod, no go again for both. Why can I do this?

Then try Pwnage or Winpwn, depends what OS you're on of course.

Connect it in recovery mode so that it skips that step.

Didn't work. When I get to the last step (Hold home button for 30 seconds - i'm using morphey's - devteam's doesn't work), it just keeps counting down till 0 and then gives me an error.

    That's because you're using Morphey's.

Here's my suggestion - go back to blog.iphone-dev.org, get the DevTeam version, then extract all the files from the self-extracting EXE they have on the site with WinRAR or 7Zip. After that, run the QuickPWN.exe in that folder everything extracted to, and run it as Administrator and maybe in Windows 2000 compatibility mode if needed. Make sure the iPod is DIRECTLY connected to the PC and not through a USB hub, as that seems to screw up some WinPwn/QuickPWN setups.

this happened to me also.. and I THINK i have the solution.. BEFORE the 5second HOME hold goes BOLD hold it before it goes bold.. it worked for me.. when i tried multiple times..

and hold the HOME down harder than you would any other time too.. then by the time it hits 14secs it should pwn itself..

It never gets past Waiting for iPod in Recovery Mode. (1st step)
