I'm going to make this as easy as possible to put yourself in my shoes.

    ~ I restore to 1.1.3.
~ I power + hold to put it into recovery mode and then shift + click restore to select my 1.1.1 firmware.
    ~ Jailbreakme.com
    ~ hackthatiphone.com/1.xml for OktoPrep
~ Shift + click update to my 1.1.2 firmware.
~ I use the MS-DOS Batch file to jailbreak that was given by iPTM.
~ Once I get my jailbroken 1.1.2, I use the iJailbreakMobile source and select the 1.1.2 option to upgrade to 1.1.3 jailbroken.
~ I let it sit, it does it's thing, I come back and it all works.
~ The iJailbreak app goes away, I have Installer, so I start getting to the fun stuff.
~ I can install maybe 5 or 6 apps because it just decides it's not going to do anything anymore.
~ It will just crash after it gets to the very end of installing a package. The screen goes black and brings me back to my springboad.
    ANY IDEAS?

That is why it keeps crashing?
I get no warning talking about low disk space or anything.

Yeah it's stupid. You have to install BossTool. If Installer crashes, and/or gives you download failed messages, then you either have bad permissions, or you need to open up disk space.

Damnit, I should've looked around a little harder last night, but my head probably wasn't clear on account of I had been trying to figure out why the hell it kept crashing. I was working on this from 7pm to 4am, lol. I had it JB'n before and I couldn't understand why it had gotten so hard all of a sudden, lol.

Back on topic, is BossTool on a certain source, or should I be able to find it in my Installer?

Utilities, that is, if you have the current version of community sources installed.
Make sure you install BossTool, not BossPrefs.

Right right, I hope this works! It sounds like it should because each time that I've gotten to this problem is when I have just downloaded around 5 or 6 apps every time.

I'll edit this post to confirm whether it worked or not in around 15 minutes!

OKAY, (sry for double post) so BossTool said i have 2mb free at first, and now 86mb free after Relocating Fonts. Do you recommend that I Relocate Applications, too?

    Yes, yes I do.

EDIT: I would advise that you uninstall all 3rd party apps before moving, except:
    • BossTool
    • Openssh
    • Installer
    • BSD Subsystems

Then it should be all good.
