well, after the JB, I thought it worked, but then now theres a apple logo and a wheel of death (not spinning) on top of it, and it keeps on making the turning on sound of the ipod touch. -.-

EDIT: I tried to sync music on it but it said "This device cannot synch, It timed out blah blah" and now it wont even make that sound its just stuck there, and it won't even turn off.

Did it ask you if you wanted to restore from a backup?

    Yep and I did

EDIT: Btw, I turned it off by holding the power and home button and turned it on again, but same thing, it just makes that sound and the apple logo and the wheel is there.

So I can restore to Custom 2.0 after I put it in recovery right? Because I am on 2.0 right now and I don't know if it'll work.

Well there's your problem, next time don't, I know it sounds weird, but just treat it as a new ipod once you're on firmware 2.0

Edit: yes you can restore to a custom firmware
