    So has anyone found one:
I am looking for an Inexpensive cell phone that can be used for wifi networking/hotspot for my laptop and or iPod touch 3G.

I am wishing to purchase an unlocked an (I would guess smartphone), which I can then slip in a sim card for my carrier of choice. This is in Canada by the way.

If I can set up a wifi network with the phone I am sure things can be worked out from there.

Any ideas on which one I should go for. Would an LG Mobile VU CU920 Black At&T Unlocked GSM Cellular Phone be a good one?

here is a link to that phone:

Thank you if you can put this right for me.
