    I'm stumped.

I'm trying to setup an adhoc network between my Windows 7 laptop and my iPod Touch so I can transfer files from laptop through this nifty app I bought called GoodReader to my iPod Touch. I setup the adhoc network just fine. However, while WiFi seems to be established the connection isnt. The Wifi-transfer page from GoodReader states that Wifi status is ON, but Connection is not established.

    Any ideas?

you need to enable the internet sharing checkbox in the settings of the network your laptop is getting the internet from... was that understandable? xD

    Cheers for the reply.

Do I need to enable that though? As I'm not wanting to use the internet, but rather simply create a network between the laptop and the iPod, so that I can access files on my laptop to upload to my iPod.
