you must first convert your videos to mp4 (an iPod compatible format) before you can drag them into iTunes and transfer them over to your iPod

if you're on a PC, you can use www.videora.com
if you're on a Mac, you can use handbrake

yes but when you put it onto iTunes then tell iTunes that it is a tv show, after that you sync it to your iPod touch, it says it put it on there, but it never does. What do I do to make it work?

convert it to MP4 Format. then drag to itunes window. you need an application to convert it.

the format is like example.avi. you need that to be example.mp4.
