Okay, I decided to restore to 1.1.1, jailbreak, and go from there so things were nice and clean. I installed a ton of sources including a bunch of sources lists from Big Boss, Shai's etc.

I *do not* have the 1.1.3 Soft Update in either Recent, or All Packages. I'm not overlooking it and I'd be happy to Screenshot to demonstrate.

I have searched high and low for any mention of the correct source. Most just say "You'll see it, just refresh." Others say unlock.iphone.no or Big Boss. I have those sources installed. No Soft Update....

Please tell me the Soft Update hasnt been yanked out from under me...

    Thanks.

Yes, I have community sources installed. When you say "Appsnap Secure" do you mean "AppTapp Official"? If so, yes, it's in my list of sources.

    Go to Installer/Sources.
    Then hit refresh for sources.
The 1.1.3 soft upgrade should now be in "recent packages" categories.

Yes, it was in Recent Packages when I was on a JB 1.1.2 Touch. Now that I've downgraded to a JB 1.1.1 and added all of the appropriate sources, it's not in Recent Packages or All Packages (after refresh, and after adding every source and the kitchen sink.)

Ok, I figured this out. Whatever the cornhole reason, I uninstalled Community Sources and reinstalled them again. This time I can see the 1.1.3 Cleaner and the Soft Update etc which were not there before even after multiple refreshes.

Might add this to the FAQ. Make sure you have Community Sources installed (most will) and if it doesnt show up, uninstall Community Sources and reinstall them.
