So I have done this and should toatly work

1.download the custom taps you want and save them
2.inside itbwill usauly be a mp3 this won't do rename the song got to the extension and change from .mp3 to .m4a
    3. Now this is where it gets tricky. In your computer navigate to music>iTunes (or iTunes music I currentley cannot remember writing this on my touch) now choose moible applications and find tap tap revenge
4.now just in case make a backup of the ipa
5.rename it from .ipa to .zip if you recieve a warning hit okay
6.now go into the .ipa that is now a zip file and navigate to TapTap.app folder
    7. Go to tracks. Now take the .tap into taps folder and the music into the music folder
8.now exit the folder and rename it from .zip to .ipa and if you recieve a warning click ok
    9. Now if you want re add the ipa to iTunes thourgh add file to library
    10. Remove tap tap revenge from your iPod and sync your iPod
If all is done well it should reinstall tap tap to your iPod and you should be able to play the custom music. If there is demand I will post a video to YouTube this will also work for tap tap NIN
    Have fun
