Acrylic or Silicone?

    What do you guys think is better or would recommend to use to protect my ipod touch? its a 2G

    Depends on the case/how much money you want to spend.
    Cheap-Silicone(Does an OK job)
    Expensive-Acrylic(Can not be good if you don't buy the right one)

    some are just bad, but the good ones are excellent

    which brand would you recommend? because i bought a speck SeeThru hardshell case, and it's just bad...

    so i'll need a new case asap > < i probably won't bring my ipod out... in fear of scratching it

    if u find a griffin wavecase on sale, get it
    switcheasy colors is pretty good

    silicone cases wont scratch your ipod

    some good hard cases will come with a soft silicone liner and then the hard plastic. most people recommend the speck candy shell although it is around $30
