Installing SBsettings it has an option to see which apps are hidden and there you can unhide it

If Settings is still visible, you can open the application, tap 'General,' tap 'Reset,' and then reset homescreen layout. Problem solved.

I was going to mention searching but what other apps do you have on there, if poof/sbsettings is still there you should be able to unpoof it

Weird. I can always search to find hidden apps. Try rebooting, then search.

well, me too, CavDaddy: go to your Settings app, General, Home, Search Results.
Make sure Applications is checked there.
