How do I create a network connection to my iphone from my computer. I must have known how to do this because I do have a network connection but when I click on it it says the folder is not accessible. It shows as my iphone name.local:8080.

    Thanks

    Screenshots?

Does your PC have a network card or router?

Do you have a wireless network adapter?

My PC has a built in network chip. It is not wireless. I do have a DLINK DI-624 wireless router.

Then you'll just have to connect your iPhone to your router (If it has a wifi network on it) and then you can access it with many different types of applications. Otherwise, use WinSCP or if you want USB connection, use iFUnBox.

I ran iFunBox but it only shows some of the folders. For others it shows the iphone needing to be jailbroken.

If I jailbreak my iphone (don't need to unlock it) will I loose all my installed apps? If I will loose them will I be able to reinstall them without having to repurchase them?

    Thanks Ex-Touch
