    Hey all...

New to the community but spending HOURS pimpin my ipod... wishing Verizon was the carrier for the iphone because I would definitely have one!

At any rate, while installing the newest Customize app I found it to be a little annoying trying to use terminal in ipod...

So, my question is HOW DO I ACCESS MY IPOD VIA TERMINAL ON MY iMAC? This is what happens when I do...

    scott-funks-imac-2:~ funkusmc$ ssh root@10.0.1.191

    your terminal comand is correct.
    ssh root@192.168.#.#

but it seems to me that your mac already has a RSA key for this ip adress so there is a conflict. There is a file on your computer that contain a list of the differen host with the RSA keys. you should erase this file and your problem should be solved.
But i can't remember where is this file and I think it is an hidden file.

ok I think I found it.

    navigate to /users/yourusername/.ssh

    remove known_hosts

backup the file just in case.
