    Hey guys!

Everybody knows the Accelerometer... on Sysinfo.app, we can see the 3 coordinates of the Sensor...

but now my problem: i put my ipod on a Table... what do i see? the coordinates weren't on 0 0 0,5 (or whatever they HAVE to be ><), they were something like 0,3 0,2 and 0,4 (don't really know either

)... so they aren't calibrated right...

is that a hardware error, is my sensor chip implanted "wrong" or is this an error one can avoid by RESETTING the accelero's values?!

and if so, how do i do that? does anyone know?

He's right. Your table isn't level. Get a real (manual) level and test it against that. I think you'll find it's fairly accurate.

omg do you really think i didn't think of that possibility? -.-

we have a *looks up the name* "level" at home and hell yes, it's working fine and OMG yes my table is almost level...but i have to hold the iPod in about 40° to get it on the correct values....

and well i don't believe that my table is standing 40° ><

please, i'm not a noob just because i haven't got more than 100 posts already
