I dont know why but the Accelerometer has not been working for Safari, music, and photos apps on the ipod(ex: landscape). However, it does work for games like labyrinth and x-plane. Its also works if i put it in safe mode using sbsettings. does anyone know a fix for this?? thanks in advance

Did you install something from cydia to disable it?

In my experience I've had to sometimes over exagerate my moves in order to get a response in safari or in the music app. I don't know if this helps at all, otherwise you may need to get it replaced( your iPod).

Some of them only disable it for safari and music. Did you atleast check cydia?

ive had the same problem, you can restore. You can respring. you can reboot. You can go to an apple store after its restoreed to regular firmware and theyll give you a new (free) iPod touch right away on the spot.
