    I have a few questions.

    1. Do all iPod touch 2g's come with a one year warranty?

    2. How do I go about sending it in for repair?

    3. Mine is jailbroken so all I have to do is restore to a normal firmware and send it in like its brand new and they wont question anything right?

    4. not necessary to answer but just curious, How long does it usually take? all I need done is for them to repair the headphone jack.

    any help is greatly appreciated.

    Yep

The easiest way would be to call up Apple (1-800-MYAPPLE) and tell them your Problem. Or if you have a local Apple Store call them up and set up an Appointment with the Geniuses, they should replace it on the spot

I would do a DFU mode restore just to be safe.

    I have no idea, sorry
