If you install an iPod Touch Theme, which contains icons for NES, GBA and the iPhone apps for exemple, do you have to have these apps installed on your iPod before?. Or do the icons pop up, even tough you have not the app?
Or do the icons pop up when you install the app?

The icons will not show up on your springboard unless you have the app. Most themes come with support for a wide range of apps. so that every app. has it's own theme related icon. If you download a theme which contains the NES icon, the icon will only appear if you have or download the app at a later date.
    Hope this helps

Okey thanks, but I have two last questions:

    1. do I have to have any app installed to change my theme?

    2. I came over this Springboard app, that I suppose being used to have many icons (if the first main menu is full off icons, you just slide the menu to the right, and another set of icons will be listet) <-- Is this right?

Sorry for any gramar mistakes or mispelling, I am norvegian

    1) Yes i suppose, cos you need summerboard to change your theme, and the theme will change the icons of music, videos etc, so yes
2)Yes this is correct, once you have filled the firts page of apps, it will go onto the next page of apps. Obviously you need summerboard.app and a jailbroken iTouch

Somehow I'm getting the feeling that you don't know or don't have a jailbroken iPod. I could be wrong, but search the forum or google to find a complete guide on how to jailbreak!

Why would you suggest that? He made references to NES and other applications as well. I assume that everyone who has an ipod touch has it jailbroken, until proven otherwise.

That is not a very good assumption. There are definitely non-jailbroken touches. Maybe not many on this site, but there are stock touches.
