When I plugged my iPod to my computer it opens iTunes but also gives me the ability to view it as just an external drive under my computer and I just drag the movies from there to my desktop and then can do whatever I want with them from there.

Use Dropbox. It works fine. Just make a Dropbox account, download the app and go into the app settings and set it so that video's and pics are sent to your PC in the same quality that they were taken on your iPod.

It's very easy and it's been working great for me.

It shouldn't degrade quality. It should be the same as it was when you first recorded it.

    Unless your doing something wrong.

ah, just use explorer to copy the file from the folder under the DCIM folder! quality is preserved.

emailing ruins the quality of the video.
