    Hiya people.
After putting off jailbreaking my iPod forever, I decided to use blackra1n last night and jailbreak it, and it worked great. I installed everything right and have themed my iPod! However, whenever I need, or am recommended to reboot my iPod, and do, it boots up, asking to connect my iPod to my PC. When I connect it, iTunes prompts me that my iPod is in recovery mode, and I need to restore my iPod. Of course, I can use blackra1n to bypass that, and get my iPod back to function, and all is good. But, I wanted to know if there was a way to get out of the recovery mode loop, because I don't wanna be out on holiday or something one day, and have it reboot, without having my computer to make it better.

Any help is greatly appreciated, and thanks in advance

No there's no way to bypass it. That's why it's a 'tethered' jailbreak.
