Okay, so I was finally able to jailbreak it using Voltage! ^^ But I have a question. Should I restore it from the back up I made from before my jailbreak, OR should I just press the "Start New iPod" one?

Restore from Back-up, I did that and had no problems whatsoever

When I first did a tethered jailbreak, I just restored from backup, but if I were you, I'd just set up as new.
