a questiong about jaibreaking and stuff

    ya me and my friend go to high school and alote of ppl have ipods or iphones and want to jailbreak it i was asking if am allow to charge only for me doing it and no charge them by selling the jailbreak product and 2nd question is is jailbreaking legal or illigal like i jailbreak someone ipod and apple dont go on my a$$ and sue me plz answer.

    um apple wouldnt sue you, but it does void the warranty (unless you just restore and the dont find out)
    im pretty sure the dev-team doesnt care if you charge ppl

    1) I SUPPOSE you could charge, but you would be fully responsible. Make sure you tell them to bring you their iPod if it breaks in the future and they want to take it to an Apple store.
    2) It is entirely legal to jailbreak. The only thing Apple can do about it is void your warranty if they find out, but if you restore, they have no evidence.

    you wont get sued or anything, ive already seen people charging other people to jailbreak ipod touch or iphones, which is ridiculous cause its so easy lol
