so on Friday I jailbroke with quickfreedom. however I decided I didn't want to keep the jailbreak so I restred to original settings. I deleted the quickfreedom program but I still have the custom firmware on my desktop. if I want to jailbreak again do I have to download quickfreedom again? or just put iPod into dfu mode and then shift / restore in iTunes?

also another question is what is the difference between quickfreedom and quickpwn? thank you.

You don't need to install quickfreedom again.
It's just for making the IPSW.

Wrong wrong wrong, Your iPod needs to be patched with the software so the iPod won't reject the firmware.
