Specs as in what... Cause Apple website has most of them. Also, if you google "iPhone 4 specs" it give you a bunch of links you can look at.

Because nobody really knows yet. It's using an Apple A4 which has the processor, RAM, and some other stuff in it. Clock speed and RAM are unknown.

the a4 chip does not have ram. its just a processor, miht have a gpu integrated as well (though I doubt it). Most people beleive RAM is the same as 3GS since they didnt brag about it at WWDC. Processor is same as ipad but may be underclocked to preserve battery.

No, it's not just a processor. It's many components put into one chip to save space and power.

EDIT : By definition, the A4 is a system-on-a-chip, or SOC, that integrates the main processor, graphics silicon, and other functions like the memory controller on one piece of silicon - Source

RAM is twice that of the 3GS, its on gizmodo or something. Think 512 or something like that.

the memory controller, or IMC, is NOT the RAM. it is just the hardware that ties the RAM to the CPU. it is found on almost any processor.
