After realizing you could do this with just Winterboard with bundleIdentifiers, I decided that I might as well still post this.

The Info.plist is an important file in the application, with a code assigned to each file in the application. If the code does not match, the application will give you a "Application cannot be opened," which should be familiar to those of you that use TTR themes with no workaround.

    Winterboard method:

    /Bundles/com.tapulous.ttr/ *FILES GO HERE*

Yeah, that's pretty easy. But here's my method.

After figuring out the code attached to each file was the SHA1, you can just get the SHA1 for each new file being put in the application, and then SSHing them in. While this may be the overcomplicated, nerd, stupid version, I just wanted to share that.

Yeah, I did every new file in the TTR app with the Tap It! theme and then realized you could do this with Winterboard and have no problem whatsoever.
