Previousley it listed my apps on the left, if i tick the sync box, it trys to delete all apps on my Ipod touch i think.

Anyway i can get it back to how it was?

Also thinking of Jailbeaking, Is it safe using Spirit?

thats the new look of the page, it is to help you orginize ur pages better. jailbreaking? yes. safe, only unsafe if you TRY and stuff it up really! spiritjb.com and yes very easy.

Basically the new pc set up has a new iTunes library. Your iPod is synced to the old library so to sync with the new one, it has to delete everything and sync. You can redownload all your apps from the iTunes store and sync them again.

or when the new itunes detects the ipod and the pop up appears, you can click "transfer"

I right clicked on the name of my ipod on the left hand side of Itunes and pressed transfer purchases.

I now have the list back again, on the left hand side, but still it isn't 'active' i can' tick o untick set apps.

If i press sync apps, will it delete all apps, and then as they are now listed on the left, re-add them, with o without saved data? asin saved games etc.

    P.s. I did the jailbreak

Yeah, like I said before, it has to delete the apps to then sync them with the new library. Make sure you authorise the new pc set up with your iTunes account though (Its an option at the top under the Store menu). If you don't authorise, it wont sync them across.

You will lose your saves and high scores and stuff when you do that though.
