    1. Will the new jailbreaks for 3.1.1 use Cydia?

    Dude I know they can... I just didnt know it was against the rules. You talk about JB for god sakes, thats the reason why those apps were made. (And yes that was needed because that had nothng to do with my questions.) And actually I can read other edits. So of course the mods can.

    Jailbreaking wasn't made for pirating......... It was made to get full root access of your device, made it easier also to unlock it from your carrier.

    Ignorance is no defence. The real relevance of any form of hardware hacking (Wii, PS2, iPhone, NDS etc.) is to allow installation of homebrew apps. In teh case of teh iPhone this is especially pertinent as Apple chhose to prevent or hinder much of teh device's possible functionality. Piracy is unfortunately one of the unfortunate consequences of hacking. It is not the sole reason.

    Get educated - see here.

    Don't steal apps. They're generally not produced by big corporation and are crafted by individuals, many of whom are regular visitors to these forums.
