Alright..I came across Bearshare...which is a program which allows you to download music....THIS IS 100% LEGAL SO THE WEBSIT SAYS.....and well..I was wondering...since it's peer-to peer..is it safe?

    Has anyone been kidnapped?

    And is lik Kazaa better?

And also..I got bluetooth from Cydia..and it just crashes the minute I open it.

The program itself is legal, but downloading music that you're not paying for by signed artists is illegal and an infringment of copyright.

Any music that you dont pay for is illegal, without written consent by the author's representatives. ANY MUSIC AT ALL, unless the artist has been dead for 70 years.

Well known music retailers (iTunes, Zune) are all legal.

LimeWire and BearShare are techinacally legal, but using them illegally (downloading music) is illegal.

Some music is not copyrighted. Some is also available to be downloaded for free, i.e. Nine Inch Nails' Year Zero and Radiohead's new single.
