So I have been reading for the past week or so on jailbreaking. It seems a little less problematic if you use a pc with XP as suppose to Vista. The PC I sync with now runs Vista (64), but I have 2 other ones around the house that runs XP. Can you sync your ipod on different computers, or should you just stick with one? I would rather jailbreak with the XP, but continue to sync on the Vista. And I know that to reboot my ipod after the jailbreak I would have to go to the PC that I jailbroke it on.

You can sync with different computers; however it is recommended you sync with one. You can boot your iPod from any computer using a booting program such as Decovery or redTool, and XP is the best operating system to jailbreak on.
