Alright well most of you realize the redsn0w update was released. I really didn't want to have to restore but after a bit of research I realized that it didn't need a restore if it is already jailbroken. (Personally I used quickfreedom and I liked redsn0w a lot more. It was much faster)

    Common questions I've seen:
Do I need to restore if I've already jailbroken my iPod?
No, there is no need to restore it will just flash.

Will I lose all of my stuff on my iPod?
No, because there is no restore you will not.

Is it much harder to use than quickfreedom (or pwn)?
No, personally I found it much easier. Just follow all the instructions. Really if you can put it into DFU by yourself it's even easier.

    How long will it take?
Very short. Personally it took me about 4 minutes.

Is logome (The app that you can change your boot logo easily with that you need redsn0w 0.3 for) stable?
Yes, it's working fine for me.

I'm going to add more to this later but I have to go..

Useless thread. Pointing out information almost everyone already knows.

If they don't search what makes you think they'll search for this thread?

They will most likely start their own thread over and over until they're given an answer.

Well, it's great that you got it working.
But there's only 2 steps. It's not that hard. DFU and Let it run.

the thread wasnt to help people who already know what they're doing..it was to make it easier for people who may be afraid to mess up their ipod to see that this does work and isn't to difficult.

maybe instead of making a comment saying its useless you should find something better to do with your time instead of making a useless comment

I can do whatever I want with my time, and like I said before, it's only 2 steps. People really shouldn't be jailbreaking if they can't DFU and hit enter.

I mean, I'd understand if you made a thread on using redTool, QuickFreedom, or Untetherizer, since they're more complicated, and usually have more errors than QuickPwn. But QuickPwn doesn't really need a guide.

This is a little misleading. You don't need to restore if you're already jailbroken. You also don't need to restore if you're NOT already jailbroken. If you ARE already jailbroken, then it's MORE recommended that you restore first.
