Is it possible to make a fake photos.app to take the place of the one I have hidden by HidePod?

I want my iPod to look un-jailbroken, but since i have Photos.app hidden for...obvious...reasons...I need something to take its place and that will act like it.

Basically, I want something that uses the same icon, label, and brings up the "No Photos here" screen when touched.

... Uh, just copy an application change its name to photos and take the photos icon and paste it in there. Delete everything but the icon, and it will open up then crash

no it will freeze your ipod untill you reboot it

use one of those apps that displays a picture (like vista.app or redlight.app) and change the name to photos. then change the icon to the photos icon and the pictures inside to the no pics images.

Just use MobileFinder to rename the Photos folder to something else, like Photos.old
The Photos application won't see it and think there are no photos there.
This is essentially the manual version of what the SwapPhotos app does.

The difference being that nobody will stumble across the swapphotos app and find your "photos"
