A dumb ? but...

    I have not yet jailbroken my ipod i was an idiot and upgraded to 1.1.3 but once/if i do somehow jailbreak my i touch is a wi-fi connection needed to use the installer apps or at least some? Because i CANNOT figure out how to get throught to my houses Wi-fi unlocked just for me please help me!

    Yeah, you're going to need a WiFi connection to use Installer.app.

    So for everything or what cause i already know about the safari crashing but once you get past all that crap then what cause i didnt think that the games needed it but i guess so...

    games dont need wifi. but you need wifi to download the games

    Ok or as mr. mackey would say m'kay thank you very much!!!!!!!! Now, heres the hard part how in the F*** do i unlock my home wifi very very very very difficult my dads even tried it its a 2wire connection and ive got many codes and the password but i just wont work and yes ive gotton three bars the whole time but iam not at all allowed to screw with the firewall :mad::mad::confused::confused:

    go to your browser and type in '192.168.1.1'

    that should take you to your router settings
    it'll say your password on there too
