I downloaded VistaOSX '09 today. Holy f***. Vista just became bearable, and I noticed a BIG spike in performance. Everything is faster without that Aero garbage running.

Anyway, now that it's installed, everything looks great and fits...aside from Safari, ironically.

How can I get Safari to match everything else that now looks like it's in OSX? Safari still looks like it's for Windows with an OSX style, rather than like it's from OSX.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Shouldn't this be in General Apple Chat instead of iPod Touch General Chat?

WindowBlinds is garbage. VistaOSX is a complete replacement - it doesn't require anything else to run other than the installer.

I've gotten great help from a lot of people here in Touch General Chat, so that's why I posted it here. It's also why I titled it "A bit OT."

If a moderator has an issue with it being here, they'll move it.

Hm. My Vaio has specs that rival a Macbook Pro's, and i got it for half the price. Why would I spend twice the amount to get a Macbook with lesser specs?

Could I actually get some help on this?

Vista OSX 09 does nothing more than replace a few system files..its not gonna skin all your apps and stuff..

I'm very good friends with patrickgs (the maker of Vista OSX 09)

I don't expect it to skin every single app. It's a good shell, I just find it ironic that my Apple programs (I just noticed iTunes still has the Vista Exit/maximize/minimize buttons). How can I get the OS X buttons for them?
