I recently downloaded the 5Irows and the Five-Columns modifications for my springboard *iPod Touch 2G 2.2.1 JB of course

    * and it worked fine until i turned the iPod off. When i restarted the iPod ALL of my apps were out of order. And it will let me arrange them. But it reverts to a random layout every time I turn it off. i have removed, and reinstalled *numerous times* and i have reinstalled the Repos on Cydia. Im fairly new to these things and i figured that maybe joining this forum would maybe help me find the solution. Thanks in advance.

    Solution**** thanks to Mitchell209:
I had Kate installed. i removed it and now everything works fine. Thanks Mitchell209!

Me neither. Maybe it is just disabling the 5 column or 5irow each time he reboots. Just don't turn off you iPod.

    Um,
Do you have Kate installed? That might be the problem.

I've noticed that not too many people have had this problem. I've been trying to find the solution all day searching the internet and i haven't found a single person to experience these problems. -CJ

Kate could be the cause if you have that like mitchell said.
