I have a 20gb 4th Generation iPod that wont turn on and shows a strange battery when connected to a charger. Any reboot commands or anything for these models?

Leave it to charge for a few hours. It could be a 'sad iPod' screen. If so, you need to reformat its drive.

PS - What is with your avatar?! It scared me!
