** THIS IS AIMED AT ANYONE WHO HAS A JAILBROKEN 3RD GEN **
I have been jailbreaking for 4 years now and I jailbreak all my friends' iPods (so I'm no n00b)... but, this whole tethered thing, Is it really worth it? Are there any risks/rewards? Any BIG reason I should/shouldn't? Any help would be welcomed

When you say run, do you mean just open it and plug my iPod in??? Or do I have to click make it ra1n?

When the iPod is plugged in, just click the make it rain button.

If you go away a lot like a lot like I do, and you have no access to your computer/laptop, it isn't really practical. If you need to restore, you can't...

This might be off-topic, but how have you been jailbroken for 4 years if the iPod touch/iPhone came in 2007?

I have mine jailbroken and it's not a big deal being tethered. Just don't let the battery run upto 0%. If it does , then just power the iPod , the plug to iTunes screen comes up. Plug it in your PC Via the USB cable. Open blackra1n.exe and click make it ra1n. That's it.
