I understand that it isn't actually a 3rd gen, but why is it advertised like that? I mean, when i got mine it said it was a 3rd gen on the box and i assumed it had the better hardware and built in mic, like 3rd gens do. It gave me alot of trouble because i always tried to restore it to 3rd gen firmware and it never worked. I obviously know now, but why are they advertised as 3rd gens? Isnt that kinda lieing?
