32 GB in an 8 GB touch?

    Would it be possible to just put a 32 GB drive in my 8 GB touch?? I have no idea if this is possible but that would rock!!

    How complicated....... cause if it saved me a lot of money I would do it. I wonder if one of the ipod stores would do it for you.....not one of the apple ones an independant Mp3 store for instance.

    Sure its possible, the complicated part is the soldering, pretty small connections to work with.

    Id agree, its flash memory, tonsa and tonsa soldering.

    Id say buy a spare 8gb Touch, 2 32gb's, and detach the HD from the 32gb, expirement with a soldering tool?

    it is possible, as others say it is hard. specially the soldering, it's hard enough doing it on a laptop I can only imagine it on the touch
