is anyone having winscp problems, ever since I upgraded to 3.0, winscp keeps disconnecting, I rejailbroken 10 times, and still have this problem, it takes me 25 mintues to transfer a 44mb rom, is this my wifi problem or 3.0?

It doesn't sound like your iPod is the problem.
I upgraded to 3.0 (and jailbroke) and I don't have any trouble with WinSCP.
What settings are you using on WinSCP?

Yes, but what mode are you set to?
SCP, SFTP, SCP with SFTP fallback, etc.

Try reinstalling WinSCP and see if the problem persists.
