3.0 uses more battery power

    Has anyone noticed this I read posts that it uses less power for me it uses more like it gets to 50% in 2hours WTF 2.2.1 used less
    any ideas???

    is push on...turning it of solved my issue...
    its a problem apples gotta fix

    Also make sure that the bluetooth is off.

    Yes push is on and fetch new data every hourly
    so it's not my iPods bat going bad

    Mine is doing the same thing. It consumes a lot of battery juice.

    For a minute I thought it was just me.

    I've actually been noticing a LONGER battery life. My push is on, Settings are normal. Maybe I'm lucky.

    Push KILLS my ipod. I normally have it on a charger all the time lol, Cause I ahve tons of apps that needs data pushing and I have it pushed every minute (jailbreak!)

    But It also killed my battery before 3.0 so I think you guys r jsut doing somethin different without realizing it..

    I don't want my iPod to die of bad battery

    mine lasts longer on 3.0 .. remember jailbreaking uses up juice quick too
