Okay, so I have a Jailbroken iPod Touch 2nd Gen on 3.0 software.
I went into Cydia to download MyWifi and my iPod froze when I tapped "Reload Springboard"; which I do ALL the time.
I figured, meh, I'll deal with it later, since the battery can die eventually, and I can't press the home button or the sleep buttons, because thouse don't work either.

I went into other threads and they all said stuff like, go into Springboard.app and replace your "N45AP.plist" which I did, and it still didn't work.
Another suggested I just delete my SpringBoard.app, which I also did, and it's still frozen.

I need to know how I can unfreeze this without Restoring it in iTunes since I have ALOT of stuff I don't want to lose!

    Spoons:

    - I deleted my SpringBoard.app in SSH to fix this, is this bad?
    - How do I fix this without Restoring it?

I can't turn it off or go to the home screen, this is making me mad!
    Please help!

But the problem is. There is no homescreen anymore for you xD
So Restore and rejailbreak is your next job.
