You are not a developer, you *******ed it, so the device UUID is not registered, so it won't work. If you are a developer [registered, payed $99, downloaded from developer.apple.com/iphone] then just register you device

    It's not illegal,

my favorite quote "When did apple start making the laws, I thought the government made them." I have not been able to read over their terms and agreements, and if that is not available to the public it is not illegal...

    I have looked into it

Umm how is it not illegal? If you're not a dev. then you're not supposed to have the DEVELOPERS BETA.
    Sounds illegal to me...

Hopefully you are talking about an iPod or else you are going to have some issues getting your UDID number. If it's an ipod you can restore back to 2.2.1. If it's and iPhone you will need xcode now to get the UDID.

Stealing things is illegal, via the constitution.

And you can't register unless you pay the $99 fee to get a dev account.

I am not able to see their terms and agreements for 3.0, it is not able for the public,

It states in the CA law book, "If the Terms and Agreements are not open, via the public, the customer (citizen) is able to modify/change the product that is offered"

    I got you

and also I don't live in the US so I am able to modify, or remove things given to me
