Is there a 3.0 Jailbreak that is working in Linux? I can get access to a Windows box but would rather not use that machine. I have WinXP running in a virtual machine but I can not get the VM to connect to my iPod Touch while it is in DFU mode.

Yup. Run it from the command line ("cd" to the folder, and "./rsgui" as root or "sudo ./rsgui" if Ubuntu) and a GUI will come up, just make sure you have wxWidgets installed (libwxgtk2.8, or something in Ubuntu).

If you're using VirtualBox, just plug your iPod in (in regular mode) and create a USB filter in the VM's settings and only set it to the vendor ID and nothing else, then it'll force the iPod to go through to the VM no matter what mode.
