3.0 internet ipod touch bluetooth???

    Ok, you know how cell phones can connect(via bluetooth) to a computers internet? Well...when 3.0 comes out, will the iPod Touch be able to do that?(connect to the internet via bluetooth)

    I dont have a router. I cant get one either.

    as awesome as that would be.... No it wont happen. touches dont have the hardware ability to ever do that with any software update... unless of course the rumors i heard a long time ago about the second generation touch having bluetooth chip installed are true

    Hahaha the second gen touch does have bluetooth in it.

    3.0 allows you to turn it on and off.

    So does this mean I can connect to the internet with my 3.0 ipod touch now ( I know I'm a scrub for not having wi-fi at my house)? This would mean I don't need cyder anymore? ( I like the cydia interface and usability better, no offense to the guy who made cydia)

    Bluetooth on the iPods does not allow for anything other than

    A) Connecting to another ipod for games or chat

    B) Use with stereo bluetooth headphones.
