    There is no 8GB 3rd gen. There's only 32GB and 64GB

The 32gig 3gen. The $100 is wroth it. I regret buying the 8gb when I should have gotten the 32.

Walmart iPod Touch 8Gb rd Generation

According to WalMart, they say that there is an iPod Touch 8Gb 3rd Generation

    Ipod Touch Fans

According to IpodtouchFans threads, there seem to be an iPod Touch 8Gb 3rd generation.

Do I need to keep going on?

The 'updated' 8gb iPod has the same specifications as the 2nd gen. If you have a 8gb and feel butthurt, then feel free to vent but only the 32 and 64gb models have the overhauled internals.

lol double whammy for 8gb owners. Apple doesnt put in the things that people want (faster processor), but they put in the iboot which people most certainly dont want.

Haha, yep. That's why if someone is going for an 8gb, they should try to get a 2nd gen
