2g MAC address

    I jailbroke my ipod 2g and was trying to change the MAC address but couldnt. i logged in as root and did the ifconfig en0 ether "MAC address" and it looked like it accepted it but when i checked the address didnt change. is there a different way that you have to do it on the 2g?

    tried that and it doesnt work either. i think that just does what you do in terminal for you

    i dont think stealthmac works either

    yeah i dont think stealthmac works either.. edited the file with the mac i wanted, ran it and still didnt work..

    It works for my iPhone 3G and iPod Touch 1st gen.
