As of now, I don't believe you can play Sirius/XM.

There was something about a streaming application coming soon but I don't think it was released.

Try Pandora Radio in the app store its a free alternative and works pretty well.

If you have a Windows PC, you can do it easily.
    1. Download and install uSirius 1.0RC8. It runs on your desktop.
    2. Download and install Orb. Create an account.
    3. Use uSirius to generate the URLs for your Sirius channels.
    4. Add URLs to Orb's Internet Radio favorites.
    5. Access orb.com through Safari on your iPod Touch. DO NOT use the Orb app from iTunes. It won't show your Internet Radio favs.

    It works great!

Unfortunately, there is no Mac version yet.

Starplayr is in the final stages of releasing an iPhone/iPod Touch app.

    From the NiceMac website, 2/27:

Update: As of yesterday, the uSirius StarPlayr Application for iPhone still had a status of "In Review" with Apple. Later in the evening we became aware that the application was not rejected, however could not be approved at this time.

Nice job, Apple. Way to force people into a JB.

    Sirius/XM on touch 2g

It is possible. Go to www.orb.com and create an acct (you will need to have an online acct active with sirius) add the sirius acct to your orb, now orb will broadcast the stations (sirius/xm) that you add through the app (usirius, google it) you'll need as well. Once usirius. orb, and sirius/xm are all set up you can stream the music. Works great on my g1 and touch.
