i can't seem to turn off the 24-hour time format. The selection area is dull, indicating i cannot change it,

anyone have any idea why this is?

i have recently installed 'Extended Preferences', would this effect it?

It's a common problem existing since earlier firmware versions.

EDIT: good to know there's something to fix it

Strange the way it won't allow United Kingdom to change that like. Suppose it doesn't make much of a difference the region anyways.

    Thanks for the help
