I love the design of the Pro! But it does need a redesign.

Damn, If I could get an SSD and 7200RPM on my MBP that would be so amazing. Quick boot times, massive storage, that'd be sweet.

I just got a Macbook Pro last summer so I'm all tapped out. But I'm interested to see the design. Will it look like a Macbook Air with the power of the Pro? I'm not sure what Apple is trying to do here.

I love the design of the current Pro and I still use the "legacy stuff" that Apple plans to remove.

Hopefully what they change is the price to make it cheaper haha.

Knowing Apple, that's the last thing on their mind. I mean Apple is an icon therefore its already well known. People will buy their products no matter how expensive they are.

Guh I just want to know when this is supposed to come out.
I have a 17" MacBook Pro right now, but I've had my eye on the 13" Air for a while, and I'll hold off if there's gonna be something new coming out I suppose...

You can, take out the slot drive and put in an SSD. People have done it before. Google it man :)

They needed a redesign...like...last year. The current design is getting old. But I must admit that I do like the current design still. It's still thinner than about 90% of all notebooks out there...

    Look at my recent post:

"If you are considering an Apple product"...

Or something like that. I list release estimates and specs and etc.
