    1) I see people that changes all their icons. Is there are shortcut to doing this or do you have to go into each app and change the icon.png?

    2) I was following the instructions on how to change System Strings in that thread and am wondering how to change the text file to normal text instead of all the code on windows.

I assume you noticed it's a spin off of the Enigmo icon. If so you're the first one to notice.

Anyways thanks for the first one. Still need to find out how to view the SpringBoard.strings file...

ok basicly yes you will have to ssh in and replace each icon.png individually.
and also, to convert the .plist files (or.string files) to be readable, copy them off you ipod to your desktop. goto http://140.124.181.188/~khchung/cgi-bin/plutil.cgi and click on browse. goto your desktop and click on file you want to change (should be called SpringBoard.strings) and click convert. wait for it to do something and save the new file to your desktop also. you can then open the new file in notepad. change what you want to change and save the file as SpringBoard.strings
ssh into your ipod and replace the original SpringBoard.strings file with your custom one.
